Hassiel Guzman has made a career of making great experiences in hospitality for over 16 years where he held multiple leadership roles with most recent being the director of Food and Beverage for Banquets & Catering.  Hassiel is adept at cultivating and fostering client relationships to promote superior service and generate business.  Hassiel understands the importance of team work and being a leader that’s capable of building teams through positive attitude and coaching employees for success in a fast-paced and customer-oriented industry, He was recognized for superior leadership with Leadership Excellence Award in 2017 and 2019. Organize event operations including comprehensive on-site details for group events, communication with clients, sales, contracts, pricing, and establishing pre-planning phase to organize numerous successful events for up to 4000 people while also Increasing guest satisfaction year after year. In his free time, Hassiel enjoys finding new restaurants and visiting new hot spots in the city as he is always looking for new ideas.
