Our Venue Hospitality Retail division oversees daily operations and culinary management of on-site restaurants within cultural institutions, entertainment venues, and international travel hubs. Each dining program is focused on elevating the guest experience in unexpected territories through culinary excellence and Enlightened Hospitality.
Public Fare is a seasonally-operated open-air cafe at the Delacorte Theater, which houses Shakespeare in the Park. The cafe is open Memorial Day through late summer and serves, gourmet hot dog and brats, housemade snacks, wine, beer and frozen cocktails.

Blue Smoke on the Road
Regarded as "The Terminal of Choice", Delta’s Terminal 4 is one of the largest, most spacious terminals in the New York area serving more than 30 international and domestic airlines carrying millions of passengers annually. In addition to operating Blue Smoke on the Road in Terminal 4, Union Square Events executes the Blue Smoke menu for first class Delta passengers travelling from NYC to Europe.
Theatre for a New Audience (TFANA)
Food & Drink
Located in the lobby of TFANA's Polonsky Shakespeare Center, Food & Drink features an array of local and seasonal fare, wine, beer and specialty cocktails. Food & Drink opens 90 minutes prior to each evening performance and stays open through intermission. The café offers pre-order prior to each show for pickup during intermission.
Winter Village at Bryant Park
Public Fare is our casual café located in Winter Village at Bryant Park. The menu features seasonal fare all day with a morning coffee bar that will transition to serve wine, beer and cocktails in the evening.
9/11 Memorial Museum
Café in the 9/11 Memorial Museum Pavilion offers an array of seasonal pastries and sandwiches in a relaxing and comfortable environment. In line with Union Square Events' sourcing philosophy, the menu features local purveyors – tea from NYC’s In Pursuit of Tea, coffee and espresso from NYC’s Joe Coffee, dairy from NY’s Five Acre Farms and soda from NJ’s Boylan Bottling Company.
